When we removed Access Restrictions from Descriptive Metadata we didn't remove the table from the database.

Now, when I try and delete a dataset, say for example:
https://cadis.prototype.ucar.edu/dataset/collaborative_research_on_the_state_of_the_arctic_sea_ice_cover_sustaining_the_integrated_seasonal_ice_zone_observing_network_sizonet.html

There is a hibernate exception saying there is still a constraint left over.
