As a user, when I type/select a Responsible Party name in the Add Responsible Party form, if I hit the "Enter" key (rather than the button to save) I am not redirected so the form still shows my data. If I hit "Enter" multiple times, the RP is actually being saved multiple times, though I don't see any indication of that (no feedback).

I want the "Return" to submit the form and redirect as the button does.
(At the least I should be warned of re-submittal, or disable re-submittal).
Or show a success message as feedback.

Or have the Return disabled and only submit the form via the button.
