Last time the glade was taken down for maintenance, we were receiving a tendentious number or requests to acadis for download files.
For ever failed download request, we would mail two exceptions. At some point our email server stopped accepting emails from the acadis support email address. This rejection of emails caused rejection notices to be sent to the acadis support email address, which is tied to the acadis zendesk support tool. Everyone associated to zendesk as a support person received all of the rejection emails, which ended up being about 5k total in 3 hours. Ouch.
We need to have a separate email address to mail our exceptions from.
