Google map for lat/long does not appear on ACADIS Edit Metadata page

      Problem:
      After making fixes to get our application to play nicely with IE 11, the google map on our acadis edit metadata page stopped appearing on all browsers.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Map displays on ACADIS Metadata Editor page in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE browsers.
