Dynamically drive ACADIS Summary Statistics page

      Problem: The ACADIS dashboard page is out of date and PI Jim Moore (via Karen Andersen request) would like the page updated as an upcoming quarterly report will be sent to NSF.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Dashboard page with "total datasets", "total files", "total file size" values that are driven from the database.
      Remove "These statistics were last updated on " line from page.
