      Problem: Our ACADIS pages rely on the deprecated YUI javascript library.

      Acceptance Criteria:
      Remove YUI related scripts and associated Javascript, CSS and other related code from our JSP pages and javascript files.
      Ensure existing page workflow and functions are intact.

      Next steps: Identify a strategy to remove YUI.
