Problem:
We need to start the process of moving our pages to use Bootstrap instead of YUI. Changing one page will allow us to see the differences between the two frameworks.
Acceptance Criteria:
Similar behavior and appearance of current page.
Retain same metadata content of the current page under "Metadata Tab".
Display "Edit" tab if administrative user with same content.
Move dataset listing under "Datasets" tab.
Remove all references to YUI javascript or YUI css in the html.
Share work with rest of team in review meeting up to 2 hours.
