PIs want a prominent link to Rosetta Training Video on ACADIS Gateway home page.
Acceptance Criteria:
Add the link to the new rosetta youtube video to the bottom of the 'edit' tab for the dataset page with link label "Rosetta Data Translation Tool Demo Video"
- Add link to "How to Contribute" page under "Guides" heading, below "Data Provider Guide" with description "Demonstration video showing how to translate your data files into Climate and Forecast (CF) compliant NetCDF files.
- Track clicks on links in metrics.
