Problem:
When trying to remove myself from a group, it seems like the request (to remove myself from a group) was successful, but after looking at my group memberships again, I was still registered for the group I tried to remove myself from.

Acceptance Criteria:
When an end user selects a group to removed from, they are removed from the group.
