ESG - Create New Project with same name as existing project gives ISE error

      Log in as rootAdmin and create a new Project, e.g. "Test Project"
      Now go back and Create New Project again, again using "Test Project" as the name.
      Hitting Save results in Server Error 500 (not even a nice error page)
