      Acceptance Criteria:

      Prevent commas in short names in UI.
      Check ESG dataset short names for commas and correct if found.

      When Downloading attachments (.wget or .zip files) using Chrome and the dataset name contains commas, the following error results:

      Duplicate headers received from server

      ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION
