Remove mutual auth-n from Gateway and TDS (Apache and Gateway Spring Security).

Acceptance Criteria:

Remove mutual auth-n configuration from Apache configuration for Gateway and TDS (request to SWEG).
Remove Gateway code for extracting OpenID from certificate based requests (Done)
Remove TDS Overlay code for extracting OpenID from certificate based requests. (Review if Done)
Update/Delete Apache, Gateway and TDS trust stores and remove MyProxy CA information. (Done, Review)
Review TDS truststore startup parameters (to see if they can be removed).
Update/archive documentation in wiki, github, google docs as needed.
Update Gateway "Download Help" documentation.
Review "secure" URLs and related configuration to determine what to do with them.
