When a user is removed from a Group (Account Home -> List Current Memberships) the row to select is "highlighted" and must be double-clicked to select. Remove highlight and double-click behavior and replace with link "Remove".
The Remove link redirects to a Confirmation page, which allows Cancel or continue with Remove.
