Gateway End User Emails May Go to Spam Folder

      Based on testing of my own Gateway account, emails for things like publications and data transfers are no longer being received by my email box.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      Review with NCAR systems folks options.
      Review changing email from address to ucar.edu.
      Request www.earthsystemgrid.org SPF authentication be setup if necessary.

      Consider an email addy like: support@climatedatagateway.ucar.edu.
      Consider testing on esg.prototype.ucar.edu.
