As a user of the dash repository I noticed that my name was wrong in the system. My name is Jane Curator and not Curator Jane. I went to go change my name on the Account Page and I could not.

Acceptance Criteria:

Allow end users to update their own First and Last names.
Add this to DASH Repo and Gateway.
