The EZID service is no longer available. We have a "Citation" link in our CDG dataset landing pages that references an EZID page that no longer exists. Further, the DOI is not displayed in recommended form in the page as a URL.

Acceptance Criteria:

Remove "Citation" and "Permanent Link" links from CDG dataset page.
Display DOI as full URL and as a link.
Make the DOI appear similar to DASH Repository dataset landing pages.
Check for other occurrences of the "Citation" link and remove them.
