Problem:
Our opensaml library is terribly out of date and needs to be updated.
Acceptance Criteria:
Update our opensaml library in side of our sage-esg-saml library.
Review the proper code for handling authorization requests between two services. Meaning, do we need to refactor the current code we have to make configuration of opensaml and interactions between both the esg/tds code with saml easier?
