Github via Intellij added a github password to the checkin history. It needs to be removed without rewriting the history.

Acceptance Criteria:

For the sage-gateway, sage-siparcs-* repositories:
Review IntelliJ configuration [done]
Review Git history (all git repository projects)
Rewrite Git history for affected repositories.
Rewrite Git history for siparcs projects, updating name, emails to match convention.

Consider: Siparcs repos first, to verify and apply to non-active repos.
