Review publisher database and determine approach to remove a dataset root.
Identify an example dataset root to remove.
Backup database
Remove example dataset root from publisher database
Create/share an example publisher command for use on sagepubprod
Test publishing a dataset.

Done:

Research current "blessed" tds dataset roots.
Re-run query to determine /datazone/campaign paths.
Add file count to query (total file count would be helpful)
Assess level of impact.
Plan toward removing all suspicious roots from ini file.
