Problem:

We are still serving files from /datazone/campaign on our tds container.

Acceptance Criteria:

Update publisher database, config files, catalogs and ESG database for one AMPS dataset.
If successful, then apply to all remaining AMPS dataset with /datazone/campaign.
Update all AMPS dataset roots and remove /datazone/campaign
Update roots in publisher database
Update roots in Thredds catalogs
Update ESG database
