Aggregations do not have a formal representation in our domain model. Currently aggregations are modeled as datasets which may have a DatasetAccessCapability which implies an aggregation based on the DataAccessCapabilityType. Aggregations likely need a formal definition and Class to which can be associated child entities like Variables and possibly LogicalFiles. This should be reviewed. Most likely Use Cases should be developed to identify the basic requirements of Aggregation modeling.

Some additional considerations include:

1) The identifiers of aggregations may need review.
2) The UI appearance of aggregations needs to be defined.
