Update thredds harvesting for esg-cet catalog identifier properties.

      The new form of ESG-CET publisher created catalogs will include dataset properties for identifying DatasetID, LogicalFileID, etc. The current harvesting process assumes identifiers are based on the Thredds ID and must flexibly allow catalog harvesting of this new type.
