Aggregations are shown as nested datasets in the browse UI. These datasets are derived from the thredds catalogs the PCMDI publisher produces. Several other tickets exist related to aggregations. This area needs review as to the requirements for aggregations. Perhaps these aggregations should be ignored during harvesting or filtered out of the UI.
