Authorization icons appear to the on the wrong element.

      When viewing a collection, the nested datasets display the padlock icon. When I click on the link I am not prompted for authentication. Then when I get to the dataset and go to download files, the download files link doesn't have a padlock, yet when I click on that link I am prompted.
