Remove the Lock Icon on Browsing if it doesn't Signify Anything

      What does the Lock Icon on Browsing mean? If it actually represents some sort of state we need to identify on the page somewhere what the lock means. If the lock doesn't represent anything then it needs to be removed and either replaced with a bullet or something else similar.
