Several improvements have been noted on the Bulk Download page:

1) External help/learn more links should open in a new browser window.
2) The "Download" button should look more "button like."
3) The file count "box" should look *less* button like.
4) The background image should be removed as it is distracting.
5) The anchor text for wget, dml download should be improved.
6) The WGet "What is WGet" should be anchored and aligned lower.
7) "Get DML Here" is better worded: "Download DML".
