      Our site requires JavaScript, however don't list as a requirement or display any messages that detect if it is disabled. (Sites like Flicker do this well, it also runs well without JS enabled)

      IMPORTANT: By default all NCAR windows users now have JS disabled and have to take specific steps to enable for our site. This could potentially cause some initial user problems for us.
