Metadata entry tool should limit check all fields for impossible field values (date, time, lat/lons, etc.) and warn/prompt users during metadata entry. See feature in original metadata entry tool. Consider making users confirm fields where they have left or selected max/min limits such as whole world lat/lons

Add basic value validation for dates:

  Start date should be prior to end date

Add basic validation for lat/lon fields:

  -90 <= Lat <= +90
  -180 <= Lon <= +180
