Recent testing indicates RDF metadata harvesting may ignore the DRS institute.

I've set up the RDF harvester and "mostly" succeeded in harvesting the
RDF from pcmdi3. I've said "mostly" because the institution is not been shown in the
facets and the model names are prefixed by the word "model" (I've also
tried to reload the facets without success)
