Variable facet incomplete and inconsistent between gateways

      The IPSL datasets show an incomplete list of variables in the facet dropdown. Also the source gateway (BADC) shows *fewer* variables than a harvesting gateway (PCMDI).

      E.g. realm=lands, model=ipsl-cm5a-lr. We should have 53 variables.
               - 3 variables at DKRZ
               - 6 variables at BADC
               - 19 variables at PCMDI
