There are several text fields being displayed on the main page and the footer is too far to the bottom, so that it can' be seen unless scrolled (and even there's enough place for getting displayed).

This happens with both versions 1.2 and 1.3.

Firefox 4 with 1.3 also shows the footer out of screen, so this might not be IE 9 only but something introduced in 1.3.
