A UI review of the general page layout for the Gateway.

A number of end user comments have identified the "footer" and right hand scroll bar as confusing or "broken".

The issue is mostly related to the amount of white space above the footer section on the home page, about and contact us. Many users to not realize the footer is "below the fold" and scrolled off the bottom of the screen.
