Improve Error Messaging for Failed File Transfer Requests

      As of right now (August 9th) a majority of requests to the esg-support list entail asking why a File Transfer Request to the HPSS failed.

      Improving our messaging (if possible) would greatly reduce the amount of messages we receive on the esg-support list.

      It should also help our end users out as well.
