Tabbed Notebooks are trying to follow the paradigm of a filing cabinet that has many folders in it. Each folder is a container of similar information.
The "Login" tab is an action and does not belong in the Tabbed Notebook. I know that the current production has "Login" as a tab, but we are really mixing metaphors by having an Action on a tabbed notebook.
