Review and Document Workspace Functionality

      The User Workspace or "My Workspace" contains account administration and user task and workflow functionality. It is not clear what the intent of workspace is and what functionality it supports. This area should be better defined, scoped and documented. Use Cases most likely need to be developed in support of this.
