Workspace Vs. Administration Vs. Profile Tabs

      I feel as though the current "Workspace" tab is being incorrectly overloaded. Right now under that tab we have workspace pages (managing data downloads), administrative tasks, and a User's profile information.

      It might be better and more efficient to break these separate ideas/tasks apart instead of overloading the workspace tab.
