A number of critical run-time, post installation Gateway Administration tools have been identified. These include DataNode related metadata configuration (DataAccessCabability records), System Status reporting (some of which could be done with standard tomcat JMX tools) including reporting the number of online users, details such as administrator emails, etc.) Sub-tasks will identify these specific issues.

1) Admin UI for user email recovery or re-set.
