We have a number of jar dependency issues:

1) We have a number that have significantly newer versions available. In some cases we are using BETA releases when full releases are available.
2) Obviously the gateway runs, however if you track down the declared version requirement on the various dependencies we have a number of conflicts.
3) Some jars are of unknown version and source.
4) We have extra unused dependencies, this includes all the struts tag libraries.
