The HTML page renderers poorly during the loading of the files listing page. Menu links etc are shown that shouldn't be. During testing the following page load times were observed:
Time (minutes) to start rendering the page: 0:30
Time (minutes) to render the page (this is the period of time the poor rendering was displayed): 1:15
Total page response time: 1:45 This also triggered a hung script warning message in the browser.
